The 2025 Group New Employee Training Camp, meticulously crafted over two weeks, officially concluded on the morning of July 21 in the multi-functional hall of the Group's administrative building. 157 fresh college graduates, brimming with youthful dreams and knowledge, underwent an immersive professional training program encompassing corporate awareness, cultural immersion, skills enhancement, and safety foundation building. All participants graduated with excellent results and now are fully prepared to shoulder the great mission of contributing to the construction of a world-class shipbuilding enterprise.
