On November 5, the graduation ceremony for the Group's fifth newly recruited cadre training program was successfully held in the multi-functional hall of the New Yangzi Administrative Building. Approximately 80 people attended, including relevant company leaders, leaders from production, technology, quality, safety and business departments of various subsidiaries, as well as trainees.

This project, which started in April 2025 and concluded in November, lasted for 7 months, with 48 newly recruited management cadres participating in the training. This session of the Power Camp focused on "management empowerment and innovation-driven development," and conducted training from four dimensions: self-management, work management, innovation management, and team management. AI-based management coaching was incorporated, covering six major competency areas including building trust and performance coaching. Through 24 real management scenario simulations, the training helped participants quickly improve their practical skills.
